I discovered that  the glass cover on one of the lights that I ordered was damaged when I unpacked it on a Monday morning. You only saw the damage when you opened up its wrapping and took it out of the manufacturer's box. I emailed The Bright Light Store  with some photos that day and later the same day I heard that they were sending me a replacement. That arrived in Scotland the following morning. Great service.

I ordered two crystal lamps from you in December and unfortunately one was damaged with a small chip to the base.  You were easy to contact, phoned me back when you said you would and arranged a replacement promptly and collection of the damaged item at the same time.  Your service was very good and I believe the item must have been damaged before it left the manufacturers.  I am very pleased with my lamps and the quick replacement.  I would certainly use your company again.
